The control unit is needed once per installation. It contains microcontroller, application server (if necessary) and power supply unit. The power supply is carried over a conventional 230V connection.
The splitter drives the racks’ components (sensors /LED-stripes). Normally one splitter per rack row is needed. The number of splitters used can vary according to the physical positions of the racks.
The LED stripe displays where and how many parts to pick and where the worker already picked. Different lengths are possible. LED stripes are rack-independent. Colors in RGB.
The Sensor covers a length of nearly 10m (!). One sensor is needed per rack level.

Model of scanner is chosen according to use case. For more complexe operations we recommend a scanner with display for better interaction. Scanners can be corded or wireless.
Perfect for detection of bulk material or recording amounts accurate to the gram.
For a better overview or interaction with the system, every solution can be complemented by a tablet PC – e.g. for the visualization of picking lists or reorder of material if some part is running low.
All our solutions are based on our own IoT platform, which facilitates integation and scalability. Via the user interface setting can be changed and protocols/reports be inspected. Read more
